Goals for me have been training and racing the best I can. I hope in the near future all my kids will become interested in a sport I can help them with.

Brief Bio:
I turned 39 just in time for the 2005 Mountain Mist Ultra. I have been married for 13 years. Holly and I have three great kids: Allyn, Jenna and Tyler. We have lived in Huntsville for 5 years. We lived in Pisgah, AL and Scottsboro, AL before moving here. I became interested in Triathlons about 7 years ago from my brother-in-law Dustin. Triathlons brought back my running prowess from High School Track and NCAA Soccer.
