Do you want to improve your health and fitness? Get started with walking; it's a great exercise! We offer a safe, welcoming group for you to improve fitness, make friends and have fun. At Fleet Feet, we encourage you to exercise at your own pace and we focus on your success! This 10 week program includes welcoming coaches, weekly group training sessions, a walking training plan, weekly health topics and informational newsletters to keep you on track.

Kick Off Date: Thursday, February 8, 2018 at 7pm
Training Start Date: Tuesday, February 13 at 6pm
Training Location and Times:
Tuesdays at 6 PM from Fleet Feet Sports and race course.
Alternate walk: Thursdays at 6 PM from Fleet Feet Sports
No previous exercise experience is required. We do recommend that you check with your doctor before starting a fitness program.
