Liz Hurley Walk Fit

Do you want to improve your health and fitness? Get started with walking; it's a great exercise! We offer a safe, welcoming group for you to improve fitness, make friends, and have fun. At Fleet Feet, we encourage you to exercise at your own pace, and we focus on your success! This 10 week program includes welcoming coaches, weekly group training sessions, a walking training plan, weekly health topics, and informational newsletters to keep you on track.

Kickoff: Tuesday, August 7 at 7 pm

Training Start: Tuesday, August 14 at 6pm

Weekly Training: Tuesdays at 6pm and Thursdays at 6pm

Locations: Fleet Feet Sports Huntsville and Various Locations

Goal Race: Liz Hurley Ribbon Run 5K - October 20, 2018
