Speed work isn't about beating others; it's about challenging yourself to be faster than you were before. This high-intensity track workout program will help you become faster, stronger, and more efficient.
10 weeks of track workouts (one coached track workout per week)
Runners will earn a badge upon completion of the program.
Kick-off: Tuesday, June 5th, 2018 at 7 pm at Fleet Feet
Training Start Date: Tuesday, June 12th, 2018
Training Location and Times:
Tuesday evenings at 5:30 PM at the Huntsville High School track
Price: $25 for shirt and badge
