Brief Bio:
I realized I was a runner back in 7th grade when I enjoyed running the 800. To think I considered myself a "distance runner" in high school when I ran the 800, 1mile and cross country. If I only had the speed of then with the endurance of now. But I must say that it is much more fulfilling seeing my kids enjoy the sports that they want to do.
