Run healthy and often. Encourage others to run.

Brief Bio:
Ran first road race in September 1980 while in the Army ( not by choice ). I continued running until the mid 80’s where I began to compete in Triathlons. I returned to running in the 90’s after determining that I wasn’t a very good swimmer or golfer. I became a member of the HTC in the late 90’s.
