What is Next Steps? 

 

 This training class is designed to take you the NEXT STEP in your training. The organized and coached class will offer both RUNNING pace groups as well as a RUN/WALK pace group and will add variety and intensity to your training.  Starting with the 5K distance as your long run, it will progressively increase your mileage over the 11 week program allowing you to successfully reach the 10k distance.

This class will introduce the runners to speedwork, tempo runs, hill running, and running longer distances as well as our proper running form.

This organized training class offers small group coaching, 2 organized weekly workouts, a specific training schedule aimed at a goal event, pace groups, weekly communication including educational and motivational topics, special clinics, a special product package, graduation party, and more!

Weekly workouts will be held on Wednesdays at 6pm and on Saturdays at 8am
