Beginners Training Program to help you run your first 5K!

WHAT IS NO BOUNDARIES?
The Fleet Feet Sports No Boundaries 5K training program, sponsored by New Balance, is designed for beginner runners and people who are currently inactive or minimally active.
This Fall, join Fleet Feet Sports and New Balance to walk or run your first 5k. The program focuses on beginners, but all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5K in less than three months. Along the way we’ll be providing you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you.
As part of the experience, program participants will receive the following:
- A complete 10-week training program and calendar with detailed workouts provided (value $75)
- A coached training session each week with knowledgable, experienced, & motivating coaches (value $15/week = $150 for 10 weeks)
- Informational clinics on proper footwear, injury prevention, and nutrition with local speakers in the profession (value $200)
- Weekly e-mail from the coach with tips, advice and motivation/encouragement (value $50)
- Dedicated support from the coach to answer individual questions
- Weekly Group Alternate Runs
- Teams in Huntsville, Madison, Priceville, and Athens.
- Special shopping incentives (value unlimited)
- New Balance Training Tech Shirt and other Goodies (value $50)
- The ability to meet with others and make new running friends with the same goals and interests!

Is No Boundaries right for you?

- If you currently do some spurts of running but not able to run a 5k, then No Boundaries would be a good step for you!
- If you are not able to run but would like to incorporate walking into your lifestyle, No Boundaries is your key!
- You simply want to meet like-minded people and be part of a healthy social outlet while getting in a workout, No Boundaries is, again, your answer!
- If you currently run a 5k in 33 minutes or less, then you should consider Next Steps 10k Training.
