At Fleet Feet Sports our goal is to provide the most comprehensive and motivational walking and running training programs in the country.

These programs cater to the local community, but are part of a national network.

Fleet Feet Sports training participants will feel a sense of inclusiveness and belonging while safely meeting fitness goals.

No Boundaries 5K/10K/15K

  • Walkers welcome
  • Accountability to start and stick with an exercise plan
  • No experience necessary
  • Learn to run using a run/walk method
  • Geared for beginners
  • Sponsored by New Balance

Speed Sessions

  • Must be able to run two miles without stopping
  • Personalized workout based on two mile time trial
  • Designed to help better a previous race time
  • Weekly mileage should currently be ten miles or more
  • Sponsored by Saucony

Bridgestreet Half Marathon Training

  • Beginner friendly for runners and walkers
  • Must be able to comfortably run, walk or run/walk 4 miles by January 13th with weekly mileage of 10 miles
  • All pace levels are welcome
  • Schedule will allow flexibility for advanced, intermediate and novice
  • Must commit to run/walk at least 3 days a week (includes Saturday group workouts)

Spring Marathon Training

  • Must be able to comfortably run 10 miles by January 13th
  • All pace levels are welcome
  • Must commit to running 3 to 5 days a week (includes Saturday group workouts)
  • Weekly mileage should be close to 20 miles a week when training begins
  • Sponsored by Brooks

Trail Training

  • 25K and 50K options
  • Personalized training
  • Must be able to comfortably run 10 miles on the road to train for a 50K
  • Must be able to run 4 miles comfortably to train for a half
  • All training on trails
  • Highly addictive

Program Start: January 23rd, 2018 
Program Schedule: Tuesdays at 6pm, Saturdays at 7:30am 
Goal Race: Dairy Dash 5K/10K/15K 
Program Fee: $125 through December 14th, and will increase to $150 on December 15th 
Description: The 12-week program includes one weekday group workout, one weekend group workout, a training plan, educational opportunities, a tech tee, injury screenings, and loads of encouragement and accountability to help you reach your fitness goals.

Program Start: Monday, September 11th 
Program Fee: $80 until August 31st, $100 on September 1st 
Description: There is no one way to live a healthy lifestyle; it takes a lot of different things that contribute to our overall health. We are going to use this program to look at three different parts to living a healthy lifestyle; what you eat, how you move, and how you think. This program is structured around nutrition, complimenting it with movement in our day to day lives. The key to weight loss is understanding that nutrition and exercise are two separate entities that work together to create a balance for every individual. Whether you are looking to meet a performance goal or weight loss goal this session of Dare To Be Healthy can help you get there!

Program Fee: $100 until July 31st, $125 after August 1st (excluding race fee) 
Description: The Fleet Feet Nashville Dirtbags program is designed for the runner who is looking to get off of the road and onto the trails, but is not yet ready or interested in making the jump to the 50K distance. This program focuses on the half marathon distance.

Description: Our Ultra Dirtbags program is for those who want a challenge, an adventure, and a whole lot of fun. If you can run 10 road miles comfortably, we can get you to the finish line of a 50K. In the process, you become a member of our exclusive Ultra Dirtbags cadre, a merry group of trail junkies.
