Ready to take on a 1/2 distance triathlon? This is the perfect opportunity to train locally, with experienced coaches and others aiming to reach this goal of 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, & 13.1 mile run!
GOAL RACE:

TRAINING PROGRAM DETAILS: Program is currently in development, so please make sure to check back occassionally.
This will be a 13 week training program for current triathletes who have or will be completing an Olympic Distance Triathlons this year, or can achieve distances at the time of training program start of 400 m swim in open water, bike 25 miles, and run a 10k. Program is also suggested for currently 70.3 finishers who wish to improve on their time.
Kick-Off/Orientation: Monday, July 9, 2012
Group Sessions: on Thursdays at 5:30 pm starting July 12, 2012 and every other Saturday morning starting July 21st.
Locations: Fern Bell Park for Arsenal access for group rides and Scottsboro, AL for open-water swimming and weekend Brick sessions.
